An independent Preston company where customer service comes first
Knightsoft Media is based at Cotton Court in Preston and has been helping businesses with digital signage since 2014. We do the whole job: advice, screens, installation, content and our own CMS, and we stay with you afterwards.
Why we built our own CMS
We wanted our customers to be able to change their screens themselves, quickly and without fuss, and to get help from the people who actually know the system.
So we built our own. Knightsoft CMS is designed to be simple enough to use from your phone, with the features our customers actually ask for, like patient calling, menus from a spreadsheet and weather for each site. Because it's ours, we can support it properly and keep improving it.
Shaun Davies set up Knightsoft Media in Preston in 2014. Since then we've fitted and looked after screens for GP and dental practices, takeaways, shops, offices and business centres, leisure centres, colleges and hotels, and many of our very first customers are still with us today. That's what we're proudest of.
And the name? It comes from Knight Rider, the TV series.
What we stand for
- Customer service comes first. You'll always talk to someone who knows your screens.
- Easy to use. If it isn't simple, we haven't finished.
- Honest prices. Clear prices per screen, all shown ex VAT.
- The right box for the job. We recommend what suits you, not the most expensive option.
Customer service comes first
Ring us and you'll speak to the people who built our CMS and fitted your screens. We'll often have spotted a problem before you call, and most fixes take minutes, not a site visit.
Some of our customers
We've also worked with NHS services.
