Live TV in one zone, your promotions around it
Show live TV in one part of the screen while your offers, news, weather and notices play around it. Connect your own TV box, such as Freeview, to our player by HDMI, and choose which zone it fills in the layout.

You'll need a TV Licence for the premises to show live TV, and TheMusicLicence from PPL PRS if TV sound or music plays in a business.

Reception or the clinician clicks a button and the waiting-room screen shows the patient's name and which room to go to. When the call is done, your normal health messages carry on playing.

Most problems fixed without a visit
Every player reports in to the CMS, so we can see if a screen goes offline, often before you notice. From our office we can:
- See a live view or take a screenshot of what's on the screen
- Refresh, re-sync or restart the player
- Run diagnostics and clear the cache
- Connect remotely to sort out anything trickier, with your permission

Simple pricing per screen, per year
The more screens you have, the less each one costs. Every licence includes the CMS, monitoring and support from our team.
Ready to start? 1–2 screens are £395 per screen per year + VAT, and new customers add the one-off CMS set-up (£595 + VAT, per organisation). 3+ screens get the lower rates above.
We send a quote, then an invoice to pay by bank transfer on 30-day terms. Content creation is priced on request.

Common questions
Is there a set-up fee?
Yes: a one-off CMS set-up of £595 + VAT per organisation, however many screens you have. We set up your organisation on Knightsoft CMS, with your branding, layouts and playlists, so your screens are ready when you sign in. It isn't content creation, which is priced on request.
Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. Knightsoft CMS runs in your web browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. The only thing installed is the player behind each screen, and we set that up for you.
Can several people use it?
Yes. Add as many users as you need and give each one a role, so staff can update menus or notices while managers control what goes on every screen.
Can different sites show different things?
Yes. Group your screens by site, and give each site its own playlists, schedules and local weather, all from one login.
Do you make the content as well?
Yes. Our design team can build your layouts, menu boards and motion adverts, or you can upload your own pictures and videos. See our content work.
